Delivery Conditions

(1) We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you.

(2) The delivery periods stated by us begin from the time of our order confirmation, provided that payment of the purchase price has been received in advance (except for purchases on account). Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item in our online shop, the delivery period is up to 12 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping.

(3) If the product you have selected is not available at the time of your order, we will inform you of this immediately in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, we will not issue an acceptance declaration. In this case, no contract will be concluded.

(4) If the product designated in your order is only temporarily unavailable, we will also inform you of this immediately in the order confirmation.

(5) The following delivery restrictions apply: We deliver only to customers whose usual place of residence (billing address) is in one of the following countries and who can provide a delivery address in the same country: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States of America, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, Taiwan, Guatemala, Norway, South Africa.

(6) Within Germany, standard shipping is free of charge. The delivery time is up to 12 business days. Alternatively, we offer express shipping with a delivery time of 1–3 business days at a flat rate of €39.90. The shipping method can be selected during the checkout process.

(7) Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of delivery.

(8) Shipping is carried out by a shipping service provider selected by us. Customers are not entitled to choose the shipping provider.
